You may ask, “What is a Mastermind Session?”

A THI Mastermind Session will be a structured, group conversation where Members come together to help each other solve challenges, think strategically, and accelerate results — using the collective experience and perspective of the group. It’s not a class or training. It’s not traditional networking. It’s a facilitated, high-trust, give-and-receive environment.

A Mastermind = a group of people who intentionally help each other grow by sharing ideas, feedback, resources, and accountability. This is the THI Community!!

And we are creating a virtual forum for this to happen more often since we are not all together as often as before the shift to virtual!!
